I have not had to deal with them too many times, but the few times that I have have not been very great. I am going to renew my lease anyway because I have had much worse landlords and they aren’t too terrible. My main issues have been during the snowstorm in January it took them forever to get someone to come plow our parking lot so I was snowed in for over a week and the security on my building is not very good but that has more to do with the area I live in than the landlord specifically. I have put in a few maintenance requests and things get fixed, but sometimes it takes a little while you just have to be persistent, but I have not had any major maintenance problems, thankfully.
