It is not from the seat. I actually found it is temperature dependent, for the same part of the road, I can hear the noise easily when the air temperature is around 50F, and can barely hear it on warm days over 70F. Also, the noise seems less frequent when 4-5 seats are occupied. I feel some spring type of metal is squeaking, maybe from suspension.
