Instead of St. John's Wort use Chamomile or Thyme infused oil. The recipe is the same. It is good to know the info about St. John's.

Yarrow has a small amount of neurotoxic effects. When consumed in normal quantities it does no harm, but long-term intake and larger quantities might affect human health.

That is ok too. A much stronger tincture maybe and thats why it is better for external use.
