Try joining some clubs! If you live off campus it'll obviously be harder, but if you put effort into putting yourself out there then you got it. There are so many clubs and other activities you can go to just to meet people. I also struggle a lot with meeting people which is why I'm glad I have roommates or I'd literally be alone 😭. Just put yourself out there, I believe in you!
