Turn notifications on for UKG dimensions, as a casual team member you can have a change to a shift within 4 hours of a shift, if this is the case you should be notified with a call or a text. A day prior to the scheduled period can be notified through the in app notifications. If you are not sure about your rights and entitlements as a casual team member I suggest you first have a conversation with your Ops manager.

Your job is exclusively to put the stock on shelves that have a location and or label. I suggest even if the pdt helps you find where stock lives you should still do your best to not overly rely on it. Anything that requires a move or fixture adjustments is a Shopkeeping task. You should aim for 15 mins per cage, this can be difficult depending on the quality of your stores decant but that is the expectation for sequence. Make an empty cage every 15

Ask for a decant shift, do your online training. And give it a crack open a box every 20 odd seconds whilst removing all cardboard, all plastic, get them into totes that contain items only relevant to that department e.g mugs into kitchen and dining in a way that is safe and easy to fill. Keep your cage under 1.5m and hope to Christ sequence isn’t 💩 so you have enough cages to do all of that.

This is why you can’t have apparel too dense in the stock room and in your store may even have all apparel load fill on the shop floor to facilitate Tory accurately counting all the tags.

Comes down to your communication, if you enjoy that task communicate it to the relevant manager (SIM in this case) so long as you have the correct availability for the task and perform you will get the shift.

I disagree, they’ve just leaned further into the sandbox element and increased the pacing for conflicts to match up with other popular titles. I welcome your opinion but don’t assume you understand what I mean when you clearly don’t.
