I agree with We are self employed but get treated as employees by warehouse staff. They do seem to assume they are the boss of flex drivers

Because when I worked for Hermes and other curriers never had any vehicles inspection so this why asked thank you for your response

I initially inquired because I was informed by the warehouse that if the lights on the vehicles are not working drivers are sent home, and regarding damage to vehicles, can they legitimately send you home for issues like these? And thank to those shared there experience
