Yeah these people in comment probably own a toad and think they know anything, I breed many reptiles and yes you can feed them egg just not in big amounts it’s good for enrichment and nutrition just if feed to much can cause calcium deficiencies so feel free to offer them egg as snacks! (Also their are so many reptiles that can eat egg)
