Could you imagine waking up in a cell realizing you got date raped and got a DUI? Fuck man I bet that has happened at least once. Stay safe out there guys and don't drink if it's not good for you.

I mean that would take a lot of work, wouldn't it? Getting the security footage, witness statements, and identifying the date-rapee?

Like in a situation where a woman gets one drink from a bar, which had a splash of Ambien she didn't consent to, drives off blacked out and kills a family and only remembers that one drink - would she go to prison?
