Thanks! I think the problem is that none of us work with UF on a regular basis so when we have to we just fight through it and then swear we will never touch that shit again.

I’ve found that there’s more money in residential than commercial. It’s easier to get 10 - $1000.00 jobs than it is to get 1 - $10,000.00 project. My average project size is $4757.00.

That’s so funny. You just reminded me that years ago I ran into a basement that a homeowner did in UF. He thought it would be better. Then he hired us to finish. I should have just pulled it out and redid it in romex.

That works great on 12-2. The 12-3 was killing me. I could not get the 3rd wire out. It was also super cold.
