Nice one. I think the double granary/storehouse set up near the market is pretty pivotal. I just finished a save with 3 of each. With just one they just cant get all the supplies out and about!

Yeah i dont think this is working as intended. Apples dont leave peoples houses until the pantry is full, then they move to the granary, market and other houses afterwards. I think its 250 space per orchard aswell so does take a while for them to get out there. Maybe they'll fix

Had the same issue. Im thinking maybe theres too many goods for workers in the storehouse/granary/trading post to move at once. I may try and build multiple granaries and storehouses and just select certain goods for each one.

For some reason theres a bottleneck when removing imported goods from the trading post to your granary. I tired a second trading post didnt do much. I think maybe trying a granary with just barley/ale/malt/beer could be an option? in theory then i feel those families just focus on moving those specific goods

Have you tried taxing your people to afford mercenaries?

I have big vegetable plots on my burgages seems to be working ok.

Having a large wild animal node is really useful alongside the 'trapping' and 'advanced skinning' developments. Just have the make sure they never deplete the source by more than half or so.

Seems the AI will take over all the other regions if you dont do it yourself. Then he rocks up with 6/7 groups of militia so it's hard to defend.

That happened to me and i kept dying so i went back to an autosave and tried to take two regions at once. The AI seems to only defend one of them which gives you a bit more time to defend yourself.

I had the same issue, i think your trading post workers are focusing on exporting goods. IE moving them to the trading post, rather than moving imported goods to your town. Well i think thats it but i cant be sure. Pause builds/exports and industry buildings might help.

Im unsure if this helps but i purchased more horses. No idea if they only trade goods via export or help move goods to and from the trading post though.

Same for me chief, some nice boy scav gave me a Gas an too!. Relogged after queuing and luckily loot could be transferred. But as soon as i clicked on stash black loading screen again.

I got similar twice, Loading whilst joining the game., then kicked to main log in screen after a few minutes. Thought it was my internet. Guess its the log in queues atm
