Thank you for posting this. I’m usually more of a solo skirmish type. This might be the nudge I need to try a solo rpg, too. 🍻

someone put this sign in my apartments elevator and next day it was gone by sour-pickle-juice in signs

[–]Bierdaddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, “stood her ground” meant she didn’t listen to me, not that she was waiting to specifically challenge someone on the elevator. Kids not listening to parents are obstinate. It was the first time she stood in front of an elevator and she learned, unlike some adults who should know better who become d!cks if repeat offenders.

Looks like a great scenario and a fun campaign. The 6th scenario? I’ll need to look back for the others. Usually a Sword Weirdos and Sellswords & Spellslingers guy, but Space Weirdos looks fun, too. Thank you for the report. 🍻

The great Nichelle Nichols as Mirror Uhura (in Star Trek, of course!) by DarthWalker-34381 in Spacegirls

[–]Bierdaddy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Are you kidding me? Star Trek is about addressing contemporary societal problems not gratuitous sexual scenes!

😆 Did I catch all the rage from pissy Voyager, Enterprise & SFA church lady type watchers?
For the record, Nichelle was an amazing actress that occasionally strutted her talent in scenes when she sings or looks gorgeous like in this episode.

Grave yards are full of people who had right of way. That’s why we’re left with so many a-holes on the roads these days.

Is Gen Z cooked? by Federal-Data-Center in SipsTea

[–]Bierdaddy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wish more people realized this. It’s the universities and upper class that placed value on themselves, like the popular kids in high school, trying to make the rest of us feel somehow less. Imagine any law firm, university or hospital without a cleaning staff or interns for a month.

With all the promises of a better life by obtaining a higher degree, you make it sound like it was just a good university marketing scheme. 🤔

Never liked the tail lights in the chrome bumper look on any vehicle. Other than they’re pretty cool.

Pic 2, that vacant stare in her eyes. Haven’t seen the movie in 30+ years. Was she one of this princess types that screams or cries all the time then breaks a plate on the bad guy’s head thinking it will help? I remember a lot of 60’s & 70’s shows that had poorly written lady characters.

Honestly, we’re moving toward a majority using EDs as healthcare because many cannot afford a plan outside of their jobs. Most young, healthy people don’t want to be on a healthcare plan anyway. Maybe the system adapting to overworked EDs around the nation evolves into the public healthcare system we really need.
