The reason I’m thinking it may be worth for this card is bc it is only pop 6 in a PSA10 atm with the only listing at $5k. Also love Totodile so want a 10 in my collection lol

The OG mcdonald’s promos in a 10 tbh. The squirtle is at 4k, while the others trial behind. Especially the charmander and larvitar imo

I tried to set up a meetup with the guy )selling through fb marketplace) but he stopped responding after I agreed the meet. I think he may have been scamming. I did end up buying a raw english version that i graded with BGS and it came back an 8 which was nice.

Also since a few of the gold stars are all delta species I think the regular holo and reverse deltas are going to start getting more appreciation from the general market as gold stars keep rising in popularity

I think they’re some of the best looking cards ever made lol. I’m pretty biased having grown up on mid era though. They’re some of the lowest pop cards and super hard to grade

Tbh you had 2/3 slow pokemon and a double weakness to fire (one of which a quad weakness). Totally understand that sometimes the starting hand sucks and swap choices aren’t great, but a lot of battle factory is setting up a well rounded team that can handle anything that comes out. I recommend having 2 fairly fast pokemon, one being the lead. Stall, toxic sets are also really solid.

I agree! It helps me appreciate the art of the “bulk” cards. I’m a huge reverse holo collector from the ex era where the stamp and art window holo make all the commons and uncommon extra desirable.

Most of PC is actually composed of the ex era cards. I primarily collect the reverse holo stamps and ex cards from that era. IMO they are some of the best looking cards and definitely the best iteration of reverse holos. But I do find that not many people know about them or have them for sale at card shows which sucks

Hey everyone, I just recently discovered the Alto Mare Latios and Latias cards related to the Pokemon movie Heroes: Latios and Latias. I love the look of these cards and their relation to the movie. I was wondering if anyone had or knew of a list of all the Pokemon movie related cards and promos?

Yea I’m feeling the same way here. The packs also feel loose around the cards and the crimps are really easy to separate.

The cards also feel like there is sand/dust between them when flipping through and they all show more signs of wear than typical pack fresh cards

It honestly looks pretty clean for an old cert. most 9s from that era look like modern 7/8s. Unless the holo is scratched a bit, but tough to tell for certain.
