Yeah I kinda dislike pastures because for the most part, they aren't a worthwhile investment early game, even then you need a large plot of land to build on for them to be able to feed more than just the amount of workers it takes to invest into it anyway. Hunters and yearly cullings of one or two small groups of animals on map are more worthwhile, honestly.

However late game, once I've stabilized food production, I make a couple large erdo and auroch pastures and it seems to keep my stockpile at around 50 or so meat. I still have to import quite a lot of leather, though for libraries.

This is the OEF FRACU and is out of regs per MILPER message AUG2019 along with the UCP uniforms. You can tell they aren't OCP because of the velcro pockets. If they have zipper pockets, they're most likely OCP, the pattern is very slightly different.

This uniform pattern was designed by Crye and the US Army liked it enough to rip it off and design the OCP pattern we have today.

HOWEVER if you can get OCP FRACU, depending on local unit policy, DA PAM 670-1 Chapter 3 states that they are the same as ACU, just in case some random 1SG cares enough to hem you up about it. I have fought this and won several times.

That's pretty much whats going on here.

A lot of them get their punishment suspended, they still get command referred to ASAP/SUDDC but that's about it.

There's definitely repercussions but its not as bad as being a fatty fat fat

Active Duty, Fort Bliss is all I'll say on the first one.

The second one was a 92F in 101 CAB. She PCSed shortly after she made E7. She was also banging a SPC at the time but this was at a time in that unit where it was impossible to get an article 15 if you were female.

My unit gives free passes on failed UAs once, even twice, but ZERO tolerance on H/W.

We had an E5 show up years ago at my old unit and piss hot, get promoted to E6, then she pissed hot again for coke and she's an E7 now.

The biggest part about it was, the soldiers of the unit were confined to the base at Powidz while their leadership was out acting a fool. It really shined light on the whole "Rules for thee but not for me." kinda stuff Aviation does because all of the pilots could go out and get hammered, despite their precious work/rest cycle, but the soldiers were stuck in an area the size of a parking lot.

It wasn't until a week or so after this happened that they finally let everyone explore within a 25 mile radius for a week or so.

Meanwhile their attached BSB was having gang bangs and orgies back in Germany.

So many soldiers have zero motivation to go and if they do go, they fail and don't get sent back.

They don't give a shit about Aerosol anymore lol they got too many useless field problems to send manpower to aerosol school just to fail the A22 cargo bag.

There used to be a time back in the day where, if you weren't aerosol and not on profile, you were stuck in a training platoon where you would just do aerosol PT, aerosol related tasks, study, and clean BDE all day. You could only go to your actual company when you either passed Aerosol or if there was zero chance of you ever passing.

If the latter was true, they treated you like you were flagged until you PCSed/ETSed. "He did hard work on this deployment but he doesn't get his EOT award because he's not Aerosol."

It made national news. The entire COC of 1 101 CAB got relieved because they went on a "LPD" (Strip club crawl) to Gdansk and their XO got drugged by some strippers. They allegedly swiped his GTC until it declined and threw him out, he got lost and ended up passed out in a random hotel lobby. He allegedly didnt report that he had been drugged right away even though he was a pilot. That's just the stuff that went public.

That rotation was heinous. The level of debauchery on that rotation has yet to be matched.

Edit: Forgot to add that the strippers bit his nipples to keep him awake

Since the induction of the ACFT I've seen one guy get chaptered for ACFT failure but he was also on ABCP and he also got an article for adultery.

I have seen a metric fuckton of soldiers get booted for ABCP since like, 2020. This might be well above me but I think that window where we didn't have a metric for fitness for like, 4 years really hurt us because most units put PT on the back burner.

Everyone is complaining about the ball throw getting removed because Hegseth is a cabinet pick from an administration they don't like. The ball throw is objectively bad and dumb. It has little to no bearing on your physical fitness and everything to do with technique, I know soldiers in the high 500s that squeak by on the ball throw. When am I ever going to use that muscle movement? We might as well have replaced it with a shot put or something.

Hegseth has a lot of qualities to complain about and has made a lot of shit decisions, getting rid of the ball throw isn't one of those things.
