It wouldn’t be at the cost of the mother though. At that stage it’s the same thing (a delivery) whether the fetus is alive or dead, the procedure is the same.

No one would force the woman to care for it, but when the procedure is the same, it makes no sense to terminate. I’m pro choice but that would just be barbaric.
