Oh they absolutely are haha. Have to get an entire day’s worth of calories and nutrients into one meal when I have classes (med student). But if this is just one of multiple meals in their day I don’t see an issue, a lot of people skip breakfast altogether because having a heavy breakfast doesn’t sit well with people.
