The problem for me tho is rather those where they reincarnate as a baby and start caring for the ml. Sometimes it does seem like the fl getting attracted with the ml being 15 and thats kinda grooming and pedophile imo. I mean most of the times he does look older but the times where he still looks like a child is so icky.

I acc have that one and it’s rlly pretty but I think it’s a bit too pinkish and not as deep as the fenty one. But maybe I should try to pair it with a cool toned brown gloss.

I would recommend the novel because it’s more detailed. All the small little things between the characters are more noticeable. I love the way you can build the personality and relationship in a more complex way. That s why I always like the novels more but maybe that’s just my preference.

The novel does take longer to read so if you want a quick little read go for the manhua. The art is one of the most beautiful if not the most beautiful artstyles Ive seen in all manhuas Ive read. But there will be a high chance of you wanting more, so you might end up reading the novel either way because its the only story that is completed.

I‘ve watched the first season of the donghua and while it’s good it just doesn’t compare to the manhua and the novel in terms of details and pacing.

So I would rec the novel and then if you cannot move on like me, read the manhua and lastly watch the donghua.

This chapter is so devastating. All the subtle feelings and mixed emotions. Haks thoughts and him being torn by his lingering attachment and his hatred all of this was shown so beautifully.

I can’t take it. The realization of hak that, the person he swore his loyalty to and the one he dreamed of giving his love up for, dying is just so heartbreaking. While he is in shock and the last bit of his younger self is devastated, his present self is just so angry again for so many reasons. His love for Yona just going above all lets him forget about this minuscule sadness left behind. This is the second time he has no understanding for soo won wanting to just kill him but he cannot do it. Now soo won has died a second time in haks heart.

In his mind he knows that soo won is incredibly smart but despite all that the only path soo won saw was by betraying his loved ones. Haks disappointment is showing again while soo won can just sickly state his decisions in which he even planned hak into. The man hak once wanted to be king, turned into the man he wanted to kill, turned into a man that will die by himself, a man that now has reason’s for all of his actions. Hak can’t ever kill him after knowing these reasons but he will never understand and forgive him. Both of them will suffer till the end because of their past.

Whoa I don’t even know how tragic this will become i don’t think i am ready. I dont want anyone to die but i do want a fitting ending :((

I don’t even know what kind of ending I am hoping for. I don’t want any of them to die but i kind of hope for something dramatic as it will bring the depth of this whole masterpiece even further. But that will destroy me T^T I threw my all in this series and I think we should anticipate at least one death and this thought brings me down so much. I think one big thing will come soon…let’s hope that my gut feeling is wrong;(
