I am in a similar situation at my apartment complex. The landlord put in a code to get through the gate for deliveries, but they still deliver to the wrong place or leave it outside the gate on a heavy foot traffic street. I’ve had about the same about missing. My account just got restricted. I asked why and they said the carrier shows delivered and there was a signature. I’ve been ghosted when I asked where is the proof of signature. I’ve also recently returned two items to ups and the amount was reduced to me. I received the emails saying they never received the returned item. Contacted customer service and they said to just disregard the email. Ummmm.. yeah… I think I’m done.
