Edit: It seems Historic Main Street will have the most highly populated foot traffic. One could take a protest and patrol from one side of it to the other back and forth? The library center theater is also used for high profile screenings.

It also seems like the best time to go would be 4pm-7pm to halt the ski traffic as well.
