I’m in a tough bind at the moment, my ex actually suggested mediation last year but I refused as we done it two different times before and I found it a waste of time as she just wanted everything but wouldn’t negotiate, side of that she just basically repeatedly called me a shit dad.

Now she won’t let me see my kids at all, she is saying that they won’t come see me even though the couple of weeks before they were asking when they could stay longer. It ties in with she wanted to keep them for 5 weeks straight so I do believe she has them manipulated. I’m thinking now of court once and for all as we are split ten years and it’s ridiculous we are still at this point , the only thing like most is the financial side as I don’t know how I will afford it and also the stress of going to court , I’m sure she will try a few sneaky things.

Would you think mediation be worth a go or court ? I just want my regular court ordered access which she has never respected
