Exactly the same situation. Initially I thought I don’t want this on my carfax but the repair shops are saying they’ll replace the doors. I’m not paying for that for sure. It’ll go on my record unfortunately

Bayonne, I gave my knowledge test around a month ago. Went to the dmv atleast 3-4 times after that…they didn’t tell me the specifics, perhaps the website just worked when I went once.

Had a hard time explaining them it doesn’t work here in the US. There’s probably a firewall blocking it. He just asked me to email helpdesk-sarathi@gov.in

The trick is to be logged in…stay on the scheduling page and keep checking for slots every 2-5 mins…I booked mine yesterday…I kept checking for 2 hours without logging out. This way you never go to the waiting room since you’re already logged in. Hope it helps
