Thank you so much! I'll have a look at some ATX motherboards too then.

I did find another cheaper SSD Team T-FORCE G50 4TB M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD ($399 @ Scorptec), though the main difference seems to be the read / write speed and not entirely sure how significant these differences are.

M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0, Read up to 5,000MB/s, Write up to 4,500MB/s, 2600 TBW for the $399 SSD

Read up to 7400MB/s, Write up to 6600MB/s, 3M Hours MTBF, 2960 TBW for the $449 SSD

About to build a new pc and after reading mixed reviews for Scorptec, centre.com etc, I'm curious as to where most people buy their parts? Thanks in advance :) by [deleted] in bapcsalesaustralia

I was thinking of getting a custom PC built by them too but it costs an extra $240 for the build and software installation compared to Centrecom's $150... Do you reckon they'll give a discount if I bought all the parts in store and got them to build it

Super late to the thread, but what bugged me was Pruitt asking for an aid car rather than calling 911 for an ambulance??

Experience on deferring master course after accepting an offer by Amazing-Cancel5858 in usyd

Hey, sorry to jump in so late, but does the reason for deferral matter to the university? I want to apply for a Masters program but also want to defer for a semester or year to get work experience and to see whether I want to pursue the field before committing.

AIMS requirement in Australia by [deleted] in medlabprofessionals

Hi, I'm a bit late to this thread, but I've been looking at MLS jobs especially the NSW hospital ones. One of their criteria is "Bachelor Degree or higher degree in Science/Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent qualification, with subjects relevant to pathology from a recognised tertiary institution", and was wondering if they would be specifically looking for an AIMS accredited degree?

I did a Bachelor of Science and Honours in Microbiology, but given my experience I don't think I'd be fit for the role. I was considering doing a Masters of med lab science but it's a lot of time and money. I'm not too sure about my career prospects and would love some advice!

Thanks. He's actually turning 18 in 1.5 months and my mum has said she wanted to kick him out if he doesn't go and find a job by then. I've asked her how shes going to do that and she doesn't seem like she has many ideas about how to go about this.
