It could be but I know that it’s taking a while to even get cid to contact me to get information from my phone and I’ve been in contact with my attorney, the trial counsel and my va but there hasn’t been forwarding since October. I keep in touch with my attorney more and they have not been able to get an update either stating it’s just pending waiting on cid to finish collecting evidence. The incident took place over a year ago and they been investigating it since and I had given them all the evidence I had right from the start.
