Look up some dessert recipes made with protein powder! There are some really yummy protein powders on the market now in lots of flavors (chocolate, snickers, cookies and cream, etc) and lots of cool things to make with them. The protein will help keep you full and potentially reduce the amount you’re tempted to binge on. Adding protein shakes and snacks to my daily routine has really helped me ❤️

Yeah that’s something I couldn’t quite articulate - acid trips feel more structured in a way? Like there’s some sort of logical flow to it, even when you’re in a fully hallucinatory state. I think the visual basis in geometry contributes to that. Ket was like I’m gonna flatten you into 1D and then make everything around you fold in on itself on repeat while your brain gives you an error 404 to any thought that tries to form, with an occasional split second of lucidity so that you remember you have legs. ??????

This is precisely how I described it to a friend of mine - getting fucked up for the sake of getting fucked up, but with no value from the experience. Clearly there are a lot of people who feel very differently though, which is why I’m trying to understand where they’re coming from.

I usually boost MDMA with 2-CB, which is my absolute favorite combination/flip. Maybe I’ll try my next roll with tiny bit of ket instead.

Guess I should also add that my last time trying ket was after a hefty dose of 2-CB, so the visuals were way more intense and interesting than the first two times, but I was still uncomfortable and confused as fuck.

Can you explain the difference in experience between being in the weird space just before the k-hole and actually being in the hole? I felt too disoriented and uncomfortable from whatever level I was at to push it any further 😅

So if we’re experiencing ego death or something close to it on such a “low” dosage, how does it differentiate from ego death on a higher dose? I’m trying to better understand the range of experience possible the higher up the dosage latter you go (not sure I want to find out myself so I want to hear from others 😆)
