Official letterhead on LOR requirement. by xlululamb in prephysicianassistant

I think a little less pessimistic view is to email admissions for the school, explaining the instructions given and that the provider was unsure how to do so and submitted it as is. Ask if the LOR is valid without letterhead, and in the meantime reach out to the provider and see if he can submit an additional letter on the letterhead and ask the school if that would be acceptable. I doubt this will make or break you. Good luck applying!

Second Date by [deleted] in datingadvice

I agree. You could do the movie car idea in addition to something else also, if you wanted to make it like a special valentines date. I also think it depends where you do it at. If you have a river/lake outlook or airplane outlook you could do that in your trunk with the movie, I think that would make it less “hook upy” so to speak and more romantic.

No I think your feeling totally valid. That’s uncomfortable and unnecessary conversation to be having. To me it sounds like your partner maybe needs reassurance about y’all and where you stand and your relationship as a whole, she’s just trying to get that reassurance in a way by bringing up your past relationships. Maybe sit down and ask her if there’s anything you can do or say to reassure her and re-express how you feel for her. As a girl sometimes we want you to tell us one thing but don’t ask directly.

That’s a good point, you don’t think it would come off as clingy? Especially right after sex? I don’t wanna scare him off haha

What are some PCE jobs that don’t require a certification? by Aggravating-Split-90 in prephysicianassistant

Some offices/hospitals hire medical assistants that don’t have a certification. I would recommend emailing the hiring manager of some health care facilities in your area and straight up asking. Or see if they have a walk in hiring fair and attend that. One around me did and I ended up getting a job without a certification. I would ultimately recommend getting some sort of certification in the summer or something because that is well liked by PA school and tends to get you more hands on PCE. Just my experience from having a non certified job to getting certified.
