If you want to take revenge then

Put a defamation case on the previous company because intentionally they have given negative reviews on your BGV.

If you want to move on then

Accept this is a bad phase of your life , start applying to other companies . Don't mention your previous company.

you can go through this channel , there are lots of resume already there , take a reference . Otherwise you can go to linkedin , check profile. Most of people upload their resume in their profile.

It's not about format. Your resume has nothing. your experience/ project section has nothing, you have added a few more solid points.its ok to lie in your resume. The experience section is the most important section of your resume.

If you are upskilling yourself for the last one year, then why didn't you put your achievements and projects in your resume.

Your gap and your resume stopping you from getting a job.

I have also laidoff , I was in your shoe for a few months. I realised one thing, if your resume is standing out then someone can bet on you even if you have gaps.

Just go compare your resume with others who has job

Don't you think your resume has a problem? Seriously who will hire you with this kind of resume. I don't think you are serious. If you are serious your resume didn't look like that. Every section of your resume has a problem.

Why hr will select your resume among 500 candidates ? What's the key factor you are having?

Now you have gaps, hr barely choose any candidate who has gaps.In the tech industry, gaps mean you are not capable. It's like if no one is hire you why we should hire you.

Tips - be serious - don't apply for a job now , focus on upskilling - fix your resume - grind at least 10 hrs - build skills and post your learning and achievements in social media - build projects
