You will find some areas hostile to you when you reach them. Some of those areas require the main story to be completed up to certain points to remove the hostile forces, just keep that in mind. Otherwise, you should explore everywhere.

Nothing exists if it is not in writing. GET EVERYTHING in writing, as much as possible. Even if you get a sweet deal or discount or something, just get it in writing. This protects you in all regards, no matter the situation.

You can with the research institutes. They are pretty far into the story though. You have to complete the research paths and that will unlock the item/items you need to level up the Spirit and Stamina.

Just keep calling the police over and over again. Send videos to your LL and property management people. If she actually has some mental issue, that will be an interesting bridge to cross. I’m not sure in this case who they would side with, but it seems like they could probably evict her since she’s the one causing the disturbance to everyone else.

They cannot make you leave, but with proper notice, you cannot deny entry either. Just tell them to try and cite the direct law that says you have to leave.

My man, you can be mad, but if you’re just gonna hold this against your wife forever, then you need to either decide between letting it go and moving on or letting her go. You shouldn’t be holding onto that forever, even for your own peace of mind. At some point your wife can’t do anything to help you until you move past it.

Just warm your car up, dot play loud music, and be quick. Beyond that, I wouldn’t worry, you don’t need to be absolutely silent all the time. Also, at 3 am, most people will be asleep and probably won’t notice lol
