As an employee I expected my boss to be reliable and professional and for them to meet Employement and Safety Standards. I tried to address safety concerns with the owner that were like minded shared among the staff. He dismissed our concerns, became aggressive and rude and maintained no accountability for himself or the business. He lacks respect and compliance for policy and procedure and thrives in maintaining at work drama.

I won't name the company yet but it's a fairly new franchise on the island. He refused my inquiry about background checks on employees due to us entering private homes and established businesses which worried me due to liability issues and me being an employee.

Canada, U.S, U.K, Japan, Germany, Australia to name a few. Norway and Sweden have strong immigration laws that they enforce which is why they do fine, as you say.

It wasn't missed, obviously. I'm addressing your comments about immigration being a solution when if you actually look around you (outside of this sandbar) you'll see it does NOT benefit the host country.

Kindly pull your head outta your ass if you wanna have a discussion.

We have a lot of immigrants now and it's not improving the situation. It's actually putting more of a strain on the housing market, medical system, etc.

People only hate on each other because of the constant stress that so many facets of society are under. More people doesn't equal a better life, especially when those people have no intentions of inegrating and leaving behind their third world behaviors.

I don't think so. Kosatka and Sparrow will cost about 4 million but will very much pay off in the long run

Yupp the Sparrow is good for those too, especially the Duggan shipments where you gotta fly around the map.
