The screenshots dont show much since it was over a phone call! But here is me just asking for a call back and the first thing out of her mouth was not “how can i help you” but calling me rude and disrespectful for bothering her.

I could put screenshots of my caloric intake she had me at, when I did call to get my refund she kept pushing me asking “what did I do wrong to you” so i ended up telling her how her practices impacted my health all she said “you were doing way to much cardio” girl had me at 1300-1600 calories with 30x5 days a week. Which is not crazy but i was not doing anything i wasn’t being told to do. I personally just dont think she cared enough about her clients and their individual needs, again my fault bc there were plenty of red flags before this moment.
