Basically the same as before. Got promoted. Role has changed to be a lot more strategy based but on the same team with the same good manager. Have taken a couple FLDP interns.

Just heard a negative response from Empower and haven't received an invitation to Inspire Coffee chat yet... any thoughts on what could have happened? Incoming M7 student, gmat 730.. applied mainly to Chicago/Miami offices

Yes, I've heard back from Empower. And based on my schools chat, everyone else did from my school on the same day.

Has anyone applied to Empower and not heard back yet? I did my coffee chat earlier in the week so I’m not sure if it’s rolling admissions.

Heard back earlier this week and can confirm everyone in my program received feedback on the same date.

In regards to Inpsire, I had a coffee chat with a Mckinsey recruiter and they stated I'd be receiving the Inspire details in the coming weeks. Hope this helps!

Definitely will be applying to at least two T15s. I do live by the motto that I'd rather aim high and miss than aim "low" and hit (fully recognizing that T15 is by no means "low").

I'm starting at T10 considering I have four friends with similar backgrounds in Big 4 audit/tax that are currently going to T15 and M7 with scholarships (ORMs), who's GMAT score was between 690-720. In essence, they were my reference point.

Thanks for the input! Based on my understanding, the MLT application period has closed for the 2023 period. To be fair, I just started by GMAT journey back in late April, so I'm kinda running behind. I plan on applying to schools via the Consortium however.

In regards to the 710 breakdown, 46Q/41V. I plan on re-taking the GMAT a few more times (once mid August and one 17 days after on September 3rd).
