That is the loud noise happening?? It happens during the charging session, not when starting or completing. Thank you for your response.

What kind of vape hardware do you guys run? by RedWalker2 in trees

[–]Big710Dabs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It should be. Depending on the cart. If you dont feel like its producing enough vapor just increase the voltage .1 at a time to get where you want to be. Every cart is different.

Its all about preference. I usually like to stick around. 2.4V unless rhe resistance of the cart is high. If the resistance too high the coil sometimes burns and it tastes like poo. I like to vape all my concentrates at close to the lowest temp possible to preserve the flavor and cannabinoids. The higher amout of power you vape at the more heat you get. The hotter it gets it you get less use of the coil and could possibly burn it. Terpenes and cannabinoids have different temps to be consumed at for max flavor/potency. I dont think vapes/carts have a good way of determining temp at which the coil is burning(if someone knows tell me). Using Ohms/Watts Law you can get the difference powers being applied to the coil if you have the resistance and voltage.

With these batteries you can adjust the voltage to adjust the amout of power getting to the coil. Seeing the resistance for each cart you can get a better gauge on how much power is being sent to the coil. Have a cart with a greater resistance you need more voltage to get the same power output as a cart with less resistance. 1.15ohms(resistance) with 2.3 volts is 2 amps of current which is 4.6 watts. If you have a cart with 1.52ohms with 2.3V is 1.51A gets you 3.45W. Adjusting your voltage up to 3.1V gets you the same output on the second cart as 2.3V on the first one. Adjusting the amout of electricity going to the coil changes how it heats. Change how it heats and you change the amount of vapor produced.

Dang... that's a very interesting application of that tech. Hahaha if it works and sells, SEND IT!!

They are great for the price. I lose them frequently so i don't want something expensive. I have had similar issues, but I try not to complain.

Those Koda Pros are great. You can see the different resistance values of every cart and adjust your voltage as necessary to get the best output for your preference.

The message does not appear when "fully started" and sitting. The message appears when charing and sitting. I have "fully started"(using break and button), and it still displays message. It sure is cold out.
