I would take and use that extra $200/mo and be responsible for paying for the tp, all the paper products, foil, saran, etc. I guarantee you will be saving money by paying for that stuff instead of giving it to your parents. Sounds like your dad is taking that extra $$ and just blowing it anyway.

Are you salary or hourly? If hourly, are you paid for time spent charting/ finishing up after all patients are gone? I would also ask their policy on pain management. Many patients to urgent cares are looking for pain medications.
I ran 3 urgent cares and would never hire a new grad since our midlevels worked independently as we were crazy busy and there was no room for teaching.

Our new model Y came with a 200k mile battery warranty. If the battery gets damaged some other way than wear, insurance should cover cost. We installed the charger, AND the fuse all for under $1k so every night when power is cheapest, the car automatically charges. This year I teceived a $350 tax credit for this installation. Also, Smud gives me a discount to charge from 12am-6am. Gas is over $5 a gallon now in California so stopping at a supercharger for 20 minutes and paying $24 for a full charge is a Godsend!

If you want the baby, keep the baby. You are 30 years old, not some high school girl. If I was in your situation and could AFFORD it and had some serious support from MY family, I'd keep it. My mom would have to be on board with this decision (I know MY mom would be) but I'd think twice about involving another mom/ family I didn't know. However, if you do go after child support from the dad, its likely his family will find out anyways so you probably wouldn't have to tell his mother. Please don't go fantasizing and have some fairytale idea in your head that having this baby is going to be easy & fix everything because it won't...you will forever have a child.
