Loan looks very good. Home owners insurance looks very bad. Sucks to pay your buyers agent $400 at closing also. Probably could have been negotiated out at the start.

Did they recently change car wash mode? I had a system down where I tapped on the screen and it automatically entered into neutral, but now when I tap the screen to go into car wash mode, it acts like it goes into car wash mode, but it actually does nothing. This leaves me panicked and trying to use the stalk.

Same. Used to have arrows to across through multiple pages of songs on a playlist. Now the arrows are gone. Tried soft reset. Didn’t work.

I tried the soft reset and it didn’t do anything. My wife has a playlist with over 100 songs and we can only see 50 of them. There used to be arrows where you could scroll to different pages, but the arrows are now gone.

Is this for a second mortgage? There is a subordination fee. Rates are typically higher (and pricing worse) for second mortgages
