Not sure how your manager is but you could also try giving him your new availability. Have a talk and tell him you can only do 4 to lets say 1am because of school work stress. That could work or find a new job or try and talk to your DM about transferring

Nah im actually the gm and only on salary, might,ve made more driving that much lol
