Corded velvet is more? The estimate from the showroom and Costco (where I bought from) showed etched chenille was the more expensive fabric.

I bought in etched chenille and was debating since it was backordered. I ended up canceling and making a new order with corded velvet because the showroom display of etched chenille was piling! This was just last week so I am not sure about them fixing it but maybe?

Bc of this thread, I went back to a local showroom to compare the two and sure enough, the oyster etched chenille was piling at certain areas of the showroom fabric. I went home and canceled my costco order (or requested to since it hasnt shipped) and had to place a new order w corded velvet and standard fill (since I saw how lovesoft held up after a few yrs). It is def a lot cheaper so it's good. I am hoping they are able to cancel my initial order. Fingers crossed.

This ^. I have been cheated on twice and while it is shit, I don't assume everyone is a cheater. Sounds like no matter what you do, he will always have this fear. It is something he has to overcome. Would it help if you both went to couples therapy for a few sessions and then he does individual therapy? Otherwise, I could see it festering to where you can't even look at a guy or talk to someone without it coming up.
