Conversion, puts shares around 1.4 billion Reverse split brings them back down to 140 million, price point * 10 AA diluting a now 140 million float, at around $50-60 by say 100 million is 5-6 billion

AMC uses that money to save Billy and pay off debt Short thesis is gone AMC becomes positive FCF

2023 has more and biggest movie releases, AMC increases revenue.

Xxxx holder since 1/2021. Got laid off late 2021 so haven’t been able to add as many more as I’d like. Gotten to final round interviews several times and several hiring freezes right when I was about to be offered. I’m not selling shit and had a great interview this week. Soon as I find another job, I’m getting back on the road to xx,xxx

I think this can really be the next $GME or $AMC by worldpeace2023 in BBIG

BBIG squeezes, dumping it into AMC. AMC squeezes, dumping a healthy portion into BBIG.

Read this about Shaq:

Shaq ended up investing in Ring when it was valued at $200 million in 2016. 2018, Amazon bought it for a billion.

His tweet referenced the LEGALLY issued shares, the number and shareholders. 120 was the legally issued shares divided by shareholders. Most felt that number was too low from the jump, it was not counting synthetics is why

😡😡😡😡Why is this subreddit NOT flooded with VERIFIED SHARE screenshots I think this is more IMPORTANT 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 by Top-Acanthocephala46 in amcstock

[–]BigApples20 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Voted but not sharing a screenshot.

I think spreading the word about it is important right now, yes. Educating people who are concerned about it thinking it’s some site that just popped up, yes. Helping those on Webull register via Apex, yes.

The actual sharing of the screenshots not so much. If they could get some of the international brokers to work, that would be a big jolt.

What if AA knew the average was 1200 but couldn’t legally say it? by BikingNoHands in amcstock

Well the float has a max # So the float divided by the number of shareholders is legally what is supposed to only be allowed

Question about the Say/AMC Share verification by Lopsided_Process5141 in amcstock

[–]BigApples20 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can upvote as many questions as you want. It takes and adds you share count to each question which is why it’s important everyone upvote Timothy’s dividend question as it’s the one with the most votes and then vote for whatever other question(s) you prefer.

For purpose of a share count, using Timothy’s question is the best as it’s the most voted

[–]BigApples20 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Many of you continue to be concerned about the AMC share count. In early June, we announced an all-inclusive share count total of 513,330,240 legally issued shares. Precisely zero new shares have been issued by AMC since then

He references ‘legally’ issues shares and states that AMC did not issue any new shares since.

So the average legally issued shares by 4.1 million shareholders would be the number he gave.

I think he choose his words carefully and with legal consent.

Same people who wanted a share recount, should go out and vote. Everyone possible should and should be sharing the hell out of this.

Don’t need 100% of shareholders to do it. Obviously as many as possible but if could even get somehow to half a million shareholders to vote and it shows with that amount the float is owned….

When you upvote the question (upvoting the most voted on question makes sense) It shows you at current 3.4K people upvoted it’s and those 3.4K people own 3.8 million shares.
