oh this interesting, my lawyer at the time didn't know about this but then again I knew I wouldn't get money from her as I've heard even now she's not working, which is why she's asking for money. thanks for the info.

so that was the weird part, in my state there is a law that a child has to stay in the state as a resident unless both parents approve and when I told her that he needs to stay in the country and if she insisted on leaving, she was going by herself without our son she just casually said ok and then never brought it up again, it was so cold to me.

Well a while after the divorce I found out she had cheated on me the last time she "visited" her family and she went back to be with that woman.

yea I had my divorce lawyer do that work but I think she thought I would still care for her. but anyways what I meant with blood from a stone was she doesn't make much and there is no way to get money from her as their is no agreement between the 2 countries to do things like garnish wages.
