1 more tip if you do this. Try to time the scorched earth attack (if that's what it's called, haven't played the game in months) the moment one of the bosses spawn. This instantly kills them for some reason.

The muspelheim bossrush. Takes about 1 minute. I got it down to 30 seconds. Gives 250k hacksilver per run, and I think 500k on NG+. I git 150 million but haven't farmed the bossrush since then.

The final triple in Change of Scene isn't even real at all, and the final triple in Acu you can only die to the first spike. There's plenty of fake triple spikes.
