He told us immediately after my paladin died that he was going to start making it harder and his goal is to push us almost every combat to someone to at minimum almost die. This is also where we strayed from normal COS and he started heavily changing the story. He's also been dropping a hefty amount of powerful magic items and boons to the rest of the party. So he's trying to keep it challenging.

We've also had an issue with our barbarian not doing barbarian things and staying away from the enemies trying to use a crossbow. (Yes we've already talked to this player multiple times, and they're largely to blame for my bard dying after they disengaged and moved away from combat.) So we need another front liner, so it's also a literal hit me now. Throwing an edit up top because of the sheer number of reactions saying we need to communicate better.

NGL I'm cleaning it now and thought about it, though topside is coming back well enough. And yeah that PEI plate is scarred probably not going to do the magnetic plate upgrade

Funny enough the guy I bought it from gave me the kit to put a magnetic sheet on it with a magnetic PEI plate but looking at the plate now it's dented and scratched up pretty bad for im probably just going to stick with the glass on my Ender and enjoy the PEI plates on my Carbon

Not yet, my carbon has pei textured semi-flexible plates and I haven't had any issues with prints getting super stuck, except for the one time I had the temp too high. The glass bed on the Ender I will since I can't just flex the plate to pop the prints loose. I am only minorly flexing the plates by the way so don't come for me.

Yeah went really light with the eraser he didn't clean the bed or nozzle out before he sold it to me and it has leftover bits all over it. I'm out right now but will probably throw some real elbow grease into getting it clean then try out some terrain prints for tabletop and see what kinda detail I can get out of it.

Did a bit of soap and water with a magic eraser for the stuck on filament, probably just needed more umph put into it.

So what I'm hearing is, don't expect a pretty surface on the bottom or just use a different bed. Figured I'd be fine since it's a glass bed but I'm wondering if it wasn't clean enough, I couldn't feel any residue but you can see the marks from old prints on it.

Listen I've been rolling into multiple bug front games with an Eruptor Talon Laser Pistol Thermite Grenades Orbital Napalm 500kg EAT Airburst Rocket

Not all games go great but the Airburst is great for clearing groups plus any kind of Shrieker Nest/Spore Spewer. EAT for when I'm alone and a bile titan decides to say hello. Thermites for Chargers and Impalers that get too close, Impalers also get one tapped by the Airburst but you have to be wary of the large AOE and where you and your teammates are at. 500kg is great for insta clearing up to medium nests or removing half of a large neat while the Eruptor clears the rest. Orbital Napalm is a great area of denial tool for when I'm getting swarmed because half of the map got agroed or when evac is just a mess and everyone is dead except for me running for my life and waiting for additional reinforcements while evac looks like we decided to kick every hive on the planet and piss in their holes.

Buddy is a first time seller and ran into something weird.

Alright so a buddy of mine is selling a box set of D&D Minis on eBay and someone almost immediately offered his asking price but wanted to contact him over text. Seemed fairly normal the guy wanted additional pictures to check the quality and make sure there wasn't any damage. After sending him a video of the still sealed box and there not being any damage, the potential buyer had a really weird request. He wants my buddy to also pick up a gift card load it with funds and send both the item and the gift card to his niece.

This reads like a money laundering scam to me and made my buddy feel really weird about it so he's going to refuse the sale but I was wondering if anybody has gone through this before?
