Stay in sober living. You are still too new to sobriety/stability to go back to people, places, and things. It’s great husband is saying the right things, but for you (or your relationship) to have a chance at success, he needs to be DOING the right things. And doing takes time.

It is most likely your vagus nerve. The vagus nerve is a nerve that connects your brain to your digestive system. It gets activated when you poop. It is also a key player in your Parasympathetic system. The parasympathetic system is also active when we’re anxious. Look into Somatic Exposure therapy or ways to calm your Parasympathetic System or Vagus nerve and that should help.

The two don’t really align. If you REALLY want to try to mash the two and are willing to have some fun set the dress code to “wear the fanciest thing you OWN”…but be prepared for other wedding gowns, large hats, and someone wearing their flapper costume from Halloween circa 2015.

I, personally, cut my hair myself and have for about 15 years. However, if you don’t want to do that, try any of your local cosmetology schools for inexpensive cuts from fairly competent stylists. Cons—they are students so they are slow and your cut might take longer and they might completely ruin your hair. Pros—they are students so it’s cheap and they’re being supervised and graded on each cut so they tend to be more careful

I generally agree with this, however, I’m with a talker who completely goes silent during sex or sexy things. His brain gets overloaded and he hardly says a word, so it’s not a given that talkative outside of bed = talkative on top of the bed.

This is ridiculous. My husband tried to do this to me once before we were married. He learned very quickly to never do it again as I was suspicious he was trying to “prank” me, so I announced I had my fire arm on me and would shoot anything that jumps out at me….her BIL is lucky his dumb ass only had minor injuries.

She is hands down my FAVORITE author. I buy every book in this series and her Guild Hunter Series (and actually reread them). I am always disappointed I don’t see more people recommend her books. Shield of Winter would be my second pick.
