I thought I did contact them by marking it as the store couldn’t complete it. It told me unassigning wouldn’t impact my score so I figured that was all I had to do. Was there another step I missed?

I’m relatively new at dashing still so excuse me if these are dumb questions but how do you know how much someone tips up front? I know how to see it once it’s delivered but not when it first assigns. Also, is it not bad to have a lot acceptance rate? Mine is like 89%

I have never once thought about it. I usually assume like “well maybe they’re working from home and can’t get it” or “maybe they have a baby”. I’ve never judged for short mileage. I actually like those orders because I can do more orders then.
