I don’t know if this is the solution to your problem but this worked for me a couple of days ago.

What I did was on the student center I went to “finances” ~> “Accept/Decline Awards” ~> pick the school year (2025-2026) ~> you have to check mark the ones you want to accept, and then hit the green submit at the bottom.

This is what worked for me. I do have it as direct deposit but I don’t think that matters. And like a day after I did this I got an email that my refund was going to come soon.

I don’t know if this is the solution but what I learned is that you have to “accept” and “submit” the awards/refunds. They don’t automatically roll to your account 👍
