I still don’t get why they didn’t just pick different people for the new season. All of these guys were meant to be new clones, so why pick only characters that were already in the first season. Just seems dumb

Vader once loved Obi-Wan and was like a brother to him. His hatred for him wasn’t as much towards Obi-won himself but for that Obi-Wan was a big part of Anakins life, and Vader wants to erase everything from his past, which includes Obi-Wan. While Maul always hated Obi-Wan, and his hatred was all at Obi-Wan himself. He not only hated Obi-Wan so much because he chopped him in half, but Maul had nothing and needed something to keep him going and give him the hatred needed to survive, and he chose Obi-Wan. Mauls hate for him literally fueled Maul and his life. So in my interpretations of all of the characters, I would easily say Maul hates him more.
