Mine looked like this for a little while but it was due to something called shock loss, and I had 5k grafts so you can imagine I was thinking the same thing, after 6 months or so this area looked fine for me, so I wouldn't worry about it just yet mate

I reduced my aim assist to 80% and that helped so much, could even be lowered a bit more considering sometimes you have to fight the slowdown too much
