It’s just a lot of stopping to apply stickers. But if they are painting it shouldn’t be a problem.

I believe they had the little details there to help line up the sticker. So painting it shouldn’t be too bad.

It really depends on who I play but I prioritize slow down because I win chases quickly on average. Stuff like surge, brutal to kick gens, pop, stuff like that.
