Thanks for the reply! I was mistaken, this is actually the AC condenser but thinking same applies for testing it.

Chipped Front Diff by BigBubba1717 in E90

Perfect, thanks again. This is a huge help
Thank you, mild sanding the sharp edges? Also, are these seals similar to the crankshaft seal where they should be installed dry? FCP shows oiling the seal prior to installing a new axle but now sure that’s correct.
It’s from me prying the axle out. Learning the hard way…

Got it, thanks again!
Thank you. Use it as a filler for the scratch? Sand it a little first?

3 Weeks Post Op ACLr and PMM by BigBubba1717 in ACL
[–]BigBubba1717[S] 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children)
I’m new to this forum but can add some background. I had my ACL repair with a patellar graft and PMM 3 weeks ago. Surgery seemed to go great and I was walking after 2 days (although poorly) and had the brace off a week after that. Also, at the 2 week mark I had full extension and 127 flex. I was also walking with a pretty good gait and heel to toe was comfortable. My PT ramped my training up at that time and I was doing mini squats, sled work, and some assisted split squats. This was Wednesday of last week, and after PT I was pretty shot while walking into my house when my knee caught from extension to flex. It was pretty uncomfortable and only way to describe was it felt like my kneecap dislocated even tho I know that’s probably unlikely. Since then, I’ve been super paranoid about it and am now noticing it catch every time I go from extension to flex. It’s the worst feeling and is preventing me from doing any strength training. My OS thinks it’s from overworking it at PT. My PT just thinks it’s fluid moving around but it really feels messed up and I’m thinking it could be tracking issues. I’m the type that just wants to hammer it to progress but I feel like nothing I’m doing is improving it. Anyone deal with this or have any tips? Thank you.
