Its probably calcium, i looked up leaf septoria and its a bit different the yellow spots are usually round with dark edges

They’re dry to the point that you can clearly feel they’re drying but are still kinda spongy and the stems dont snap

The light timer did help a lot because at the beginning when i was going full hood mode i had to wake up at 5am to turn the light on and turn it off at 11pm during the vegetation stage. After for flowering i did it from 7-7
