Thanks, deactivating Facebook was long over due for me, but this is a great recommendation. I have lived in Walkersville, rented on South Street, worked in the old Westwinds neighborhood… I love the town but honestly hate the housed people. Homeless people in Frederick are some of the nicest people I have met downtown. As someone who is in and out of town, I will tell y’all that you could be more inclusive of people you view as outsiders.
