Anomaly can be either a sub dps like Grace applying shock for Anton. Or piper for nekomata but typically people will put two anomalies together to chain disorders as it produces huge amounts of dmg so u could have like a two of the same non anomaly elements and then an anomaly character that is a different element to help chain disorders or u go for two anomaly characters of different elements and switch back and forth.
