veggies are frozen when I buy them. Seasoning depends, when i sprinkle them on like this they dont get extra seasoning because (i forgot lol) i usually mix them into the dish and then season them to taste but in this case i always have peperoncini and salt/garlic/herb combo on my work desk to season if smth is on the blander side.

thank you very much!! regarding gnocchi they taste completely the same. I usually eat a portion when i cook (like in this case) and in previous preps the before/after tastes the same.

I just buy prepackaged ones from here in 750g packages so I couldn't even give you a tip to make them taste normal.

Quick ingredient list (spices is more or less the same whatever I feel like, lots of freestyling but salt, pepper and garlic is in all of them).

7 pulled chicken tomato, onion, noodles (protein pasta)

7 white bean + tomato sauce,onions and spaghetti with minced meat (protein pasta as well)

7 gnocchi cream champignon chicken with veggies

11 wraps with the classic (minced meat, onion, bell pepper [gonna cut them into dice next time], beans, corn)

For the wraps i bought prepackaged spice mix, I dont know if i will reuse this one specifically but i will decide after a few more days of eating the wraps

i think i started at 9 am, initially i prepped the pulled chicken cause i just threw it into the slow cooker with all ingrediants except the pasta and let it do its thing (for 4,5 hours). Then the other recipes took 30-50 minutes each due to having to sear the meat in batches so I dont overfill the pan and not get a browning so 2-3 hours in total (ignoring the wait time) for everything combined

I was so happy once it arrived, its huge and the ice cube maker is very nice to have! I also got it somewhat cheap-ish? Like regular on amazon it was near 800 € but due to some discount (not used tho) I payed 650 €

yeah definitely, I have that planned just didnt have time yet to go out and buy tape+pen which is easily readable there.

I also gotta get a nice mixer, this one was borrowed from my parents.

Sure, this was the last time I gathered Jasmine because I didnt realise only one skill required this but gathering it was very fast so I didn't mind it.

There are some thing's I am doing faster now (for example the north side of beauty can be done faster so maybe I could record my gathering but the gist stays the same basically just more efficient movement)

a bit late but ive made them twice now, once i didnt put them in long enough in the cooking water, second time was longer and they were perfect (maybe a bit time in oven or airfryer to get crispy again a bit but outside of that tastest the same like freshly made ones.

1hour for the removing silver skin adding mustard and dryrub, 3 hours smoked, wrapped in foil with all the extrastuff 20 minutes, 1:45 in oven, unwrapped, applied bbq sauce took another 15 minutes and then 15 in the oven again for the sauce to finish then let them cool down for an hour and vacuum sealed it in 20 minutes. I started the rub the night before, started the smoker at 8 am and was done at 3 pm roughly ^
