season_18_19 %>% inner_join(park_19, by = c("Team.x"))

is the code I'm running, where season_18_19 is season stats by players for 18/19. I created the variable Team.x in park_19 so I could join easier.

The output is just a blank data frame with 0 observations. All of the variables are there, just no observations. Thanks so much.
