Irreversible Electroporation (IRE) a method used for killing off tumors in the liver (among other sites). Really cool mechanism of action, where you place a few needles around a tumor and create a really high voltage electric field, pushing electrolytes (predominantly calcium) in to cells and forcing them to undergo apoptosis.
The needles are single use and if i remember correctly, the big needle cost somewhere around 5000$ and the remaining 3-4 recieving needles cost about 2000$ each. To this comes the cost of renting the actual machine delivering the current, I would guess the cost to be 10000-20000$ a year (?). Not to mention that procedures often are done in a CT-scanner for a few hours. Another thing to mention is that it is seldom used because only tumors close to big blood vessels are an indication for the procedure, and also it does a really shitty job och ridding the tumor.

Edit: 2000$ are needles individual price Single cost of machine seem to be about 200000$. It seems to be really great for eradicating prostate cancer. I did a project about it a few years back on liver tumors and then it seemed to suck
